Why this page exists
It reduces ambiguity early, so users can understand what the site is, what it is not, and where questions should go later.
Platform and access
What is Cemperium?
Cemperium is a financial technology platform direction combining AI-based guidance, crypto infrastructure and controlled access logic into one broader ecosystem.
Is the website fully live yet?
No. The public website is being built in isolation first so design, content and user flows can mature before live systems are connected.
What does private membership mean?
Private membership means access can be limited, reviewed and expanded in stages rather than being opened publicly all at once.
Accounts and XP
Does XP have monetary value?
No. XP is a platform-usage and access mechanic only. It is not money, not a financial asset and not an investment instrument.
Will the website use the same account as the app?
Yes, that is the intended direction. The website is aligned to the same shared backend model as the existing app so users do not end up with separate account systems.
Why does the website mention preview or prep mode?
Prep mode allows the frontend to be built and reviewed without sending live requests to the existing backend, admin or payment-related flows.
Security and compliance
Is Cemperium a bank or financial institution?
No. The current website layer is informational and Cemperium does not present itself here as a bank or regulated financial institution.
Does the AI make decisions for users?
No. The AI is framed as advisory only. It may provide explanations or insights, but it should not execute transactions or remove user control.
Who handles KYC, AML or payments later on?
Certain regulated or payment-related steps may later involve third-party partners. Those responsibilities should remain clearly separated from the public website layer.
